Bobby E. Bailey
Bobby Bailey is a General Partner and founding member at Sims & Bailey, LLC. Mr. Bailey has served as Law Clerk to Honorable Booker T. Shaw and Assistant Circuit Attorney for the City of St. Louis.
Prior to founding Sims & Bailey, LLC, Mr. Bailey served as Of Counsel with The Stokely Group. In addition, Mr. Bailey has served as a Criminal Justice Instructor for ITT Technical Institute. Mr. Bailey specializes in criminal, traffic and personal injury matters.
Mr. Bailey received J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2002. In addition, Mr. Bailey earned a Certificate in Employment Law. Mr. Bailey received a B.S. in Psychology from Southeast Missouri State in 1991 and an M.S. in Experimental Psychology from Western Illinois University in 1994.


Paul E. Sims
Paul Sims is the Managing Partner and a founding member of Sims & Bailey, LLC. Mr. Sims specializes in criminal and civil litigation, code compliance and construction negotiation. He serves as Counsel for the Veterans’ Legal Project for the City of St. Louis Department of Human Services.
Before launching his legal career, Mr. Sims served as a Special Deputy Marshal Supervisor, Fire Marshal Supervisor and worked as a Teacher. Most notably, Mr. Sims is a proud veteran of the United States Navy.
Mr. Sims received a B.S. from Harris Stowe State College (now Harris Stowe State University) in 1993 and his J.D. from Saint Louis University in 2001. Mr. Sims is admitted to the Missouri Bar, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, Southern District of Illinois, Central District of Illinois and the United States Court of Appeals’ Seventh and Eighth Circuits.
Kevin A. Green
Kevin A. Green is a former corporate defense and compliance attorney who has worked on behalf of international and national companies—Chrysler, BJC, Wachovia Securities, Edward D. Jones and SAVVIS Communication, Inc., in areas as diverse as Litigation, Worker’s Compensation Defense, Personal Injury Defense, Employee Relations, Regulatory Matters (State and Federal) and Administrative Defense Hearings.
Mr. Green specializes in practice in the following areas: Plaintiff Personal Injury (injuries of the most serious and heinous types, including wrongful death), Worker’s Compensation, Compliance and Regulatory assessment/matters, Small to Midsize Corporate matters, (including defense or employee related investigations for disciplinary issues including terminations).
Mr. Green is a proud graduate of St. Louis University class of 1990 and Southern Illinois University at Carbondale.
