Bankruptcy
The firm’s Bankruptcy, Financial Restructuring and Debtor and Creditor Rights attorney represents corporate entities, financial institutions and individuals in connection with all types of bankruptcy proceedings, financial workouts and protection of the rights of creditors and borrowers, including litigation. Our attorney has many years of experience handling all aspects of these matters, whether in or outside of bankruptcy court. Probate
The firm is experienced in handling all aspects of the administration of a decedent’s estate. The services provided by the firm include the probate of Wills and administration of Trusts, as well as representing clients in disputes regarding trusts and estates, such as Will contests and challenges to the validity or interpretation of Trusts. In the case of larger estates, the firm provides post-mortem tax planning advice, and prepares any necessary state and federal estate tax returns and fiduciary income tax returns.
